SCOTT PATTON

Scott Patton, President of Human Systems North AmericaScott Patton is President of Human Systems North America, LLC. 

Scott has over 20 years of extensive experience in technical project management and risk management.  This includes hands-on project management and consulting, focused on developing and improving project management capabilities.  Prior to joining Human Systems, Scott was a senior manager at the international management and technology consulting firm, Booz Allen Hamilton, where he assessed information technology project management processes, implemented portfolio management process for capital asset investments, and designed and implemented project management offices.  Early in his career, Scott managed large, international technical projects dealing with the nuclear material control and accountability.

Scott’s functional expertise is in project risk management and organizational project management.  He has implemented risk management programs for a variety of technical and programmatic initiatives, including large information technology portfolios and projects, and enterprise-wide risk management programs.  Recently, he supported the development of the Project Management Institute’s (PMI®) Organizational Project Management Maturity Model (OPM3®) ProductSuite tool and certification courses and was one of the first to be certified by PMI® as an OPM3® ProductSuite Assessor and Consultant.

Scott has an MBA from Virginia Polytechnic and State University and is a PMI® certified Project Management Professional (PMP).  He is adjunct professor for project management at Georgetown University in Washington, DC.
