NORMAN GILL
Head of Centres of Excellence, The Royal Bank of Scotland

Norman has been with RBS for over twenty years, fifteen of them involved with the management of Change. During this time he has led project teams in a number of areas including dotcom joint ventures and Direct Line Financial Services. More recently he has been involved in the definition and development of PMO’s in a number of areas and acted as owner for the rollout of Planview to change areas across RBSG.

Norman has a keen interest in the development of change capability and in his current role as Head of Centres of Excellence has a group wide responsibility for the ongoing development and growth of the RBS Change Framework, the strategy for tools across Change Management in RBS as well as the rollout of knowledge management capability.

He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland and is based in Edinburgh.
