Justin Lloyd-Williams is Director of Project and Programme Methodology at SITA. He is responsible for ensuring that standards, policies and methods for managing projects are best-in-class, are utilised, and that they meet the needs and expectations of the PM communities who make use of them and the customers for whom projects are delivered. He is also responsible for chairing SITA's Project Management Development Forum (PDMF), comprising project management and delivery leaders across the organization, and for identifying and promoting project management best practice.

Prior to taking on this role earlier in the year, Justin was Head of Delivery for communications solutions in SITA's Northern Europe region. He joined SITA in 2006, with a background in management consulting and business systems project management across many industry sectors, extending over 17 years.
