Risk management in projects is a much talked about and vital process, yet practices and attitudes to risk vary widely. Risk identification at start-up is not enough; the management of risk must be a continual process throughout the project lifecycle.

This workshop gives us the opportunity to share our knowledge and experience of coping with project risks, looking at how our organizations deal with issues such as risk prioritization, tools and techniques for assessment and reporting, and the human factors that affect the success of these processes.

Justin Lloyd-Williams, Director of Project and Programme Methodology at SITA, the air transport communication and IT solutions organization, and David McIlroy, Head of Change at Salford City Council, will be speaking at this event.
