The Corporate Practices Assessment, or CPQ, takes a high level view of areas of strength and weakness as compared to other companies in the Network. It provides information on the approach and project management practices used by the organisation, enabling a valuable analysis of project management practices at enterprise level.
The assessment is ideally implemented through a data collection workshop, facilitated by Human Systems' consultants, where all the relevant information is pulled together and analysis is begun. Following a full analysis, and the comparison of the practices of the rest of the Network, another workshop takes place where the results are presented and discussed and a programme of improvement is initiated.
