Making the right project decisions.

16 & 17 October 2007

The Villanova Conference Center
Radnor,
PA.
USA

Human Systems research shows that effective and timely project decision making remains an elusive goal for many organisations. This workshop will focus on what is really needed to enable the right decisions to be made quickly. What tools and techniques are available to help and what are the team, organisational and information issues which prevent effective decision making? The topic will be explored from the perspectives of governance bodies, project managers and project teams and will use case studies to stimulate discussion and insight.

Presentations will include

'Speeding the Decision-making Process' from GlaxoSmithKline;

'Why don’t project teams give governance the right information to make decisions. Or do they?' from Celgene;and

'How to make better Project Decisions' from Pfizer.

This 2 day event includes a Network Dinner on the evening of October 16th.
