Mike Cush

Mike Cush was formerly General Manager of Asset Management, NSW Department of Education and Training, and is now Global Projects Director for Hatch Infrastructure.

Hatch supplies process and business consulting, information technology, engineering, and project and construction management to the global mining, metallurgical, manufacturing, energy and infrastructure industries.

His role is to build and expand on Hatch’s world class infrastructure capability within the Project Delivery (Engineering, Project and Construction Management) Groups in the global organization.

Specifically Mike deals with the:

• Strategic alignment of Hatch Infrastructure projects within Hatch’s total project, programme and resource planning

• Resolution of project setup issues, resourcing protocols by working with the project delivery groups in Hatch

• Assessment and management of risks for infrastructure projects

• Establishment of a gate review process for infrastructure projects

Mike also champions the professional learning programme within the Hatch infrastructure business.
