Nicola Wadham MBA (Oxon), MSc, PMP

Nicola is Global Projects Director for Cadbury Plc and is currently managing the IT track for a global HR Outsource programme.

Prior to joining Cadbury in 2006, Nicola spent 9 years with SC Johnson. During this period Nicola worked on a number of major initiatives to transition SC Johnson from a local to a global organisation. This included a major SAP single instance programme, set up of a European data warehouse for reporting, IT infrastructure in-sourcing and the deployment of the Euro currency. Before joining SC Johnson, Nicola worked for Shell which she joined shortly after leaving university.

Nicola is PRINCE2™ certified and a PMP® from the Project Management Institute (PMI®), of which she is an active member in the London Area.  Her main interest is the impact of corporate culture on the delivery of projects and the skills needed to navigate these complex situations.
