Simon Springate, Programme Integration Manager for Metronet Rail Capital Projects, will share his experience in implementing EVM, illustrating how his company found a valid performance checking tool for company projects.

Giovanni Mazzoni , Engineering & Design Manager at Flextronics Medical and formerly Head of the International Space Station Dept. at Carlo Gavazzi Space, will speak on the implementation of EVM at an aerospace company.
