Professional project management applied throughout the supply chain is becoming a key discriminator in the selection of suppliers for major projects. To address this growing need for project management excellence in aerospace, FAC is launching a new Project Management Sector Group. Primes and SMEs are invited to join us for this inaugural event, which will address topical project management issues affecting businesses in today’s economic climate. The seminar is aimed at companies wishing to develop their project management skills, whilst helping to build this important FAC sector and shape its direction for the future.
