Human Systems' 6th Annual Global Workshop for member organizations will take place in Dubai on Monday 19th and Tuesday 20th November. This Global Workshop will be based on current research, led by Human Systems, into the relationship between project complexity, productivity and the delivery of results.
Organizations are continually challenged to increase value through improving productivity. An ability to optimize capacity in the face of complexity and uncertainty is key to meeting this challenge.
Speakers will include Norman Haste OBE, the former Chief Executive of Heathrow airport's new Terminal 5 and Crossrail, the planned rail link between east and west London. Norman has now joined Laing O'Rourke as chief operating officer of the Middle East business.
