  • How do organisations define and categorise programs and why?

  • What is portfolio management and how do organisations use it?

  • What different skills methods are needed?

Mark Dransfield, Director of Programs at Thales Australia, and Elaine Nineham of Centrelink will join members in sharing their experiences and insights on this topic which takes us beyond projects to look at the challenges of programs and portfolio management.  Terry Cooke-Davies, Executive Chairman of Human Systems International will be presenting and assisting with facilitation of this workshop.
