Master-classes are specialised coaching sessions for a targeted audience of project or change professionals. Events are individually tailored to the organization, its people and the specific areas of capability that need to be addressed. Delegate numbers can be open-ended but traditionally range from 7 to 35, with workshops being of variable lengths and held either centrally or at satellite client locations. Costs are per workshop, and not based on individual day-delegate rates, offering clients a high value and cost efficient solution. Any topics can be requested, but current Master-classes include:
- Agile
- Sponsorship and stakeholder engagement
- Risk management
- Planning and estimating
- Metrics, measurement and management reporting
- Total project performance
- PMO as the key driver of change
- Cycle of learning
- Knowledge management and learning from experience
- Portfolio management
- The softer side of change
- Delivering projects in tough times
- Organizational change readiness
