Facilitated inter-company workshops that explore in depth a topic chosen by Network members. These workshops are carefully structured and skilfully led, allowing the discovery and sharing of knowledge through structured dialogue, the creation of strong relationships, and a review of your own approach to project management.

Organizations present live case studies from their own current practice, with Human Systems providing an analysis and facilitating dialogue to highlight 'best practice principles' and 'good practice examples' taken from the case studies. The workshop case studies and outputs are available to all attendees and summary reports are available to all members of the global Network.
