Competency Profiling

An accurate picture of your people’s competence and performance helps you motivate and reward appropriately while directing the most appropriate people to any given task. Even the most seasoned professionals have development needs – we’ll help you identify them, and determine what improvement you can expect.

This profiling assessment developed by the Project Performance Group (PPG) is managed at an individual level. It will enable you to understand where your people challenges lie and just as importantly, how to address them.

Assessments are available in several different formats to meet the needs of references such as the PMBoK® Guide, The Global Alliance for Project Managements Standards (GAPPS), the APM Body of Knowledge and the APM Competence Framework, and other global standards.

We now use an ongoing programme of competency profiling. It has helped me to understand my people better, and inspire them to deliver beyond my expectations.
