Human Systems uses a team and leadership performance assessment suite that was originally developed in the United States by 4-D Systems for use at NASA.
The regular assessment of teams and team leaders has been shown to deliver enormous improvements. Teams improve because of what they learn about themselves and how they interact, and they improve because they know they are working within a regime of regular assessment. Research has proven that the benefits of team assessment spread beyond the teams being tested and over time have an increasing impact on the wider organization.
This assessment suite uses iterative online assessments to measure team performance and then uses these results to identify the next steps needed to deliver the best performance improvements.

1. An online team assessment, requiring just 5-10 minutes per participant and enabling us to benchmark your team against its peers
2. A similar individual assessment
3. A tailored workshop program using the assessment data
4. Post-workshop coaching to sustain the change process
5. Tracking progress by periodic reassessments
