Human Systems' global project management knowledge network exists to help its members target best practices in project and programme management. This webinar offers attendees the chance to benefit from recent worldwide and cross-industry research and also share the experience of practitioners in understanding the effect of governance on the outcome of projects. The webinar will offer an overview of the approaches and the benefits and issues in practice.  Senior managers and directors with direct involvement or an interest in project and programme management are invited to attend and contribute to facilitated discussions to draw out valuable learning points.

Speakers will include Dr Jane Bainbridge, VP Clinical Operations at Celgene Corporation and Dr George Kousseff, Senior Manager, Change Capability at Lloyds TSB. Following these presentations, Human Systems will review their latest research in this area.
